I agree that if you truly want help on this site you would open your diary. If you are honest with yourself you are recording all food put on into your mouth and if your friends are truly your friends they should be honest and say if they think there is an area where you could improve, good or bad. You choose these friends…

I actually weight 133.1 and my goal is 122 so just over 10 lbs, is that ok.

I actually like the wii fit and think any kind of exercise you do is better than none. I also have the zumba for wii and love it. You really get a good work out with it and it is fun.

Love it. I take a class once a week and do it at least 2 times a week at home on my Wii. So much fun.

I actually have 11 lbs left to loss and am also stuck. Each week it seems like I only loss .4 to .6 lbs. Very depressing. I stick to my 1200 calories and exercise at least 4 - 5 times a week and still almost nothing. I will definetly join your group.:grumble:

I found that if I drank a protein shake every day it was easier to stick with my 1200 calories but I also had to exercise almost every day so I could get eat back calories.

I have been smoke free for 14 months and in that time put on approx. 20 lbs because I did not exercise. It was hard to quit but is almost as hard to loss the weight. If you are quitting do what you can in the exercise catagory. It will definetely make quitting easier and eventually exercise easier. I know you can do it.

I am 5'2" and weighed 138 lbs and would like to get to 122lbs. My body frame is classified as petite so these extra lbs I am carrying is to me very noticeable. Hope this helps. Add me as a friend if you like.

Yes I'm in. Currently weigh 134.6 lbs lb's want to get down to 122 - 125. Do cardio 4x's a week (Zumba)

Try doing Zumba either on your Wii, playstation or X box. It is so much fun you don't even realize you are exercising. I also go to class once a week so I can better learn the steps. Zumba is like a dance aerobics .

Don't be too hard on yourself. I try to exercise 4 times a week including Zumba and haven't lost much weight only 4 lbs. In fact I had lost 5lbs then gained a little back. I was told it is because I am lossing fat and gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more and I wasn't drinking enough water so my body is retaining it to repair…

I quit smoking 16Dec 2010 and put on close to 30lbs. I lost about 10 lbs before joining this site and I know how very hard it is. I am very proud you made the decission to quit. I will be your friend.
