Just got a smoothie maker so you name the smoothie I probably have had it. Just love them especially the green ones.

I have the wii Zumba 2 and love it. Choose the full length class and you will be sweating buckets.

OK if you are not suppose to log anything less then 30 minutes what happens if you do 10min in the morning 10 in afternoon and then say 15 in evening you have now done 35 min. of exercising what then? They are saying none of it counts. Don't think so. I did the exercising I am going to log it, every little bit helps.:happy:

I quit smoking. Was a good thing but now I have to loss.

That's the same thing that is happening to me so I decided that I would stay off the scale for 3 to 4 weeks. I do measure weekly and am still losing inches. Good thing. About one week to go before I step on scale again. I wish both you and me luck in finally losing some weight.

I quit smoking 15 months ago and gained 20 lbs. Quitting was the best thing I did and the hardest. I am now concentrating on losing the weight. If I could do it anyone could. I still have a little more weight to lose but slow and steady is my motto.

I have zumba fitness 2 and absolutely love it. It does take a while to learn steps and I still get them wrong but still fun.

You have done excellent with your weight loss already and know you will get to your goal. Probably everyone on this site has hit a plateau at some time just keep trudging on. You can do it.

I am on 5'2" and wear a 6. Would like to be a solid 4 again so I can wear all the clothes in my closet. 9 lbs to go.

Add more protein. I was at a standstill until one of my friends here mentioned this. I try to eat all if not more protein then MFP recommend and I started to loss again.

I had a problem with my protein as well so went out and bought two different protein shakes. One is 4ever fit mango and the other is bodylogix chocolate with added fiber (130 calories). The mango one is to die for (100.calories)

Made this this morning using strawberries and it was good. Should have omitted the milk for I had to nuk for 1:30, because of the juice in the strawberries I think.
