HI I am 4'11' and 38 years old....super excited to find this thread. I just joind MFP 5 days ago. I am starting this journey at 160, the heaviest I have ever been. It is wonderful to have so many people out there in the same boat, and to read the encouraging success stories. My calories for the day = 1200. I am doing P90X.

Hi. I started P90X on 1/10. I am doing a combination of Classic and Lean programs (mostly to avoid a couple workouts that I don't like). I would love to join in....the more motivation the better.
