I don't know about a video, but I use two applications on my phone that show me how to do different exercises with the stability ball. The apps I use are Fleetly and Fitness Buddy. Good luck!

Well damn - I did a high intensity Zumba class last night and according to that calculator I burned 636 calories last night lol. I'm not surprised though - I was dripping in sweat (and I don't normally sweat that much) and it's probably why I don't feel so good today!

I do cardio (work out about 5 days a week) mixed in with weight lifting and ab workouts. I use two apps to give me the workouts I need to do: Fleety and Fitness Buddy. My "pooch" (lol) has gone down significantly!
