I take my wedding ring off for pretty much everything. Every time I'm going to get water or some other liquid on my hands I take it off. The only time I really don't is when I'm running, just usually don't think about it. When I do weights or swim it definitely comes off.

I've never done it, but I have always want to have a personal trainer. With my personality, money is a huge motivator, so spending money on something and not using it really annoys me, so that would have been the perfect motivator.

For me I generally love Bohemian Rhapsody or Piano Man, but these are my two favorite songs ever and I feel that when I'm running and the come on that I can't "let them down" by not giving it my all. When I make specific mixes for long runs I always put these songs around the 1 hour point to remind myself why I'm doing it.

I always share my diary, when I'm tracking my food, sometimes I just don't track though (these are days when I'm going to eat way too much and I know it and I'm ashamed of my intake, really not a good excuse for not tracking, but that's the reasoning). Also, love me some River Song

Sorry to hear that, I know that it worked fantastic for me when I got divorced from my first weight. Of course once I met my second wife I got all fat and happy again! Good luck and feel free to add me if you want!

It's be a stretch, but you could definitely do it, make sure to up your long runs NOW though, instead of going 1 extra mile a week do 2 extra this week and then 2 extra the next. Also, for the first half you need to focus on having fun and not worry about your time!

I use iTunes Match, so iTunes radio is free to me without commercials, so I'm glad to continue using that when I'm not listening to my own music as I prefer to own my own music for when I'm not around an internet connection (which happens pretty frequently when I travel or in parts of my commute).
