I get all my jeans from the Gap. The long and lean style is awesome! Very slimming. The tall is a 37 inseam per their website. I'm 6'2" and they are perfect! If you order them online when there's promo's, you can get them from $50 or so a pair, sometimes cheaper.

Stick to low fat or fat free dairy - I love skim milk and nonfat greek yogurt (tons of protein!). Unless it's a special treat, I don't eat any grains that aren't whole grain. Basically stay away from refined white breads and cookies, cakes, etc. Just be aware of what you're eating and how it helps (or doesn't help) your…

I have never liked dating taller guys. I'm 6'2" and have been this tall since 14, so I was usually the tallest wherever I went and through out high school - so I never even had a chance to get used to tall guys! I always went for guys around 5'8 or so. :) My husband is 5'9" on a good day (or with shoes on, ha!) and we both…

I'm 6'2" and 228. Started at 235 about a month ago! I wear a size 10 shoe and think I just got back into a size 16 pant with the 7 lb loss (I was in between 16 and 18). I'm looking to get back down to 170 ultimately (comfortable size 12) but will settle for anything under 200 as looking back on old pictures, I still looked…

The good thing about Christmas is that is comes EVERY YEAR. I can give up a year a splurging and save it for next year when I plan to be at my goal weight and will just plan on extra exercise throughout the season. Although I'm not planning on swearing off all treats this season, I am definitely planning on scaling back…

Amazing! I'm so inspired! Just to clarify - did you lose 71 pounds since July 2012 or October 2011? I know you said you lost 30 by Christmas 2011, so is it just 50 since July (either way, amazing!) Thanks!

6'2" and between 230-235 (depending on the day!) I LOVE being tall. I HATE people who think being tall is awesome because you can "gain weight and it not show". It takes me 20 lbs to change a pants size! So now to lose 3 pants sizes I have to lose 60 lbs, not 15! My favorite weight is between 165-175. Once I get too close…

I know how you feel. I am approaching 30 and have steadily gained weight since graduating from college due to my lifestyle change from active to sedentary (desk job). Also I LOVE food and have been eating whatever I want, large portions, etc. I've thought about needing to lose weight everyday but never do anything about…
