It has taken me a while to get here, and longer than expect. But I am excited to finally be posting on the level 2 board. I completed day 1 of level 2 yesterday.

I finished level 1 today! Yay! Can't wait to start level 2.

Completed Day 9 Yesterday and today my legs are more sore than they have been since I started! I think that means it's working!

My weight has stayed down, I also do cardio 3-4 days a week. Good luck!

I'm on day 9 of level 1, I do 30DS for 2 days and then have a rest day. I find my weight is down after I have a rest day. Similar to what neh02 suggested. Maybe take a rest day before you start level 2, but Congrats on finishing level 1, hope you stick with it.

New to this thread, I need to lose 100lbs and I read this through this thread and loved it. Especially the honesty in everyone's posts. Thursday truth: I did not count my calories yesterday and ate whatever I wanted, so I avoided the scale this morning. But I'm back to tracking my calories today.

Just completed Day 3 level 1! For some reason it seemed a bit harder today. I think I will take tomorrow off, and do day 4 on wednesday.

I haven't signed up for a race yet. I want to finish my C25K, work on improving my time and then I plan to sign up. Right now I'm thinking about signing up or a race in the fall. Do you think that is too far off?

I'm still trying to finish up as well. I finished week 7 today and will start week 8 on monday. I plan to keep updating the spreadsheet. Good luck with the rest of your c25k!

I'm about a week behind as well I did week 5 day 2 today but I plan to try and get week 6 day 1 in on saturday. I was wondering if there is something I can do to help increase my speed?

Thanks so much for posting this! It is exactly what I need t hear today. I am on week five of the C25K and I get lapped several times by people when I'm running around the track! So it really hit home and made me shed a tear :smile:

@NoIJustLook sorry to hear about your fall. Can't really comment about you catching up. However, I was impressed with how many miles you have walked so far this year. WTG! Side note: I finished week 4 day 2 today yay!! The second 5 minutes was tough...but I did it, almost wanted to do a happy dance when I was done!

Thanks for the initial idea to add in the extra 3 minutes. I'm hope to be able to do the 3 miles by week 9 as well. I have a question, how do you determine if you think you need to repeat a week ? I really have to push myself to run for the 3 minutes.

Good luck jakj00 I just finished week 3 day 1 and added an extra 3 minute run at the end. I've been running around a track, I hope to try different terrain next week :)
