Fresh fruit is always my favorite. Especially pineapple. I also like putting it in my smoothies!

This is what I have so far: » Cut out all soda on a regular basis » Eat less carbs and bad fats » Eat more fruits and veggies » Stop emotional/binge eating » Exercise the days I don't have work » Drink more water
