  • I believe my nutrition is good. I used the fat to fit radio calculation. 1.5 pounds per week. This combined with MFP has really helped me monitor my intake and opened my eyes to what I normally used to eat. Less processed and more time in the kitchen for a truly healthy diet.
  • Initially, weight loss. I've got a long way to go but I'm committed (100 lbs goal). I really don't want something that's easy, I want to be challenged. I'm currently walking everyday on my treadmill, minimum of 30 minutes at 3.0 mph. Does this help? Thanks for the prompt reply.
