I did, I put up a small 3.5ft tree. but my 8 yr old niece wanted it so I gave it to her. :)

You can get thin tank tops or i've even seen ladies come in with the sports bra then a spagetti strap tanks over it. Sweatin is good. I sweat like crazy, what I do to compensate is wear shorts as often as possible with a tank top or t shirt. :)

Apples and pears are a good natural source, seem to do the trick for me.

Not sure but I think 30 carbs are about normal for a regular meal. If you're working out at the gym, ask the guys at the counter they usually can give you some starting info then do your own research from there.
