Walking is the best way to start exercising. It's something you already know how to do and it's free. It's a total body work out for beginners. Good luck with your journey. You can do it.

I have over 100 pounds to lose also, but I'm doing it in 50 pound imcrements. We can surely be MPF friends and help encourage one another.

Yes Burpees and mountain climbers the two I hate the most. We do those in my boot camp as well.
