Eating fresh/unprocessed does take more time, but you can make it easier. Take a couple hours on one day of the week (I do Sundays) and do a prep day. Chop/prepare all your veggies and portion them out, roast a whole chicken or bake some chicken so it is ready to go, cook gome ground beef or turkey so it is ready to go…

I was down to 203 on Sunday and hit 50.2 lbs total loss! I was so haooy. But, as my body tends to do, I have started yoyo-ing 2lbs this week so far. As of this morning, I am at 205.2, but it's ok. I will win this battle and I really thing I can see 199 by December 31st!!!!!!!!! Good luck to everyone!

Wow! You are absolutely beautiful and I would not think that your would have a BMI that qualifies you as obese. It really is not an accurate way of classifying our bodies, and definitely not our health or fitness levels. Kudos to you for your obviously active lifestyle. You are doing something right, without a doubt.…

I remember "hugging" a pillow when relaxing on the couch at home because I wanted to hide the stomach that was much bigger when i was sitting down. I remember wearing so many layers of Spanx or spandex under my clothes so that I would look "thinner" and being so uncomfortable and sweaty that I could not enjoy myself and…

I used to, but not really anymore. Thank goodness for smart phones and the fact that most restaurants now have the nutritional info posted on the website or printed on the menus. It is already a given for me that my sodium will be higher when eating out, but it is fairly easy to modify and order things that will keep the…

LOL!!!! I have heard many people say that they just can't understand why they can't lose weight and the reality is that we all know why we are fat. It really is as simple as not moving enough or at all and eating far too much (even of good/healthy foods). Kudos to you on "staying skinny."

So awesome! Kudos to you! :drinker:

Wearing a pair of size 12 jeans today from Old Navy, and they are not even skin tight. They are comfortable and I can breathe. I started at a size 18 or 20 pants from only the plus size stores.
