  • Hi Angela x Nice to meet you :) good luck on your way too. I have over 100 pound to lose and i am so scared that i wont be able to do it..I have decided to do it in smaller chunks so am aiming for 10% of my weight loss to start.. so lets see how i can do.. Fi x
