  • 1/ 2 cup fage yogurt (i use the 2% but you can use 0%) 1/4 cup fresh blueberries 1/4 cup fresh raspberries 1/4 cup ffresh cut mango (or any combo of fruit you might like :) 1 tablespoon sliced almonds 1 teaspoon honey It's like a little parfait and super healthy all for about 250 calories YUM :)

  • I actually think our bodies need a break from exercise every once in a while... Be proud of yourself for staying on track and eating well despite feeling like you've failed. You haven't failed...You just took a day off from exercise!!! : ) your body appreciates the rest and you will likely push yourself harder tomorrow…
