I was just curious to see how everyone was doing with this. I didn't think I would make it through my 24 hr fast but did. I just had my first PTF breakfast: cheddar omelet with beef sausage. I am on my third week of the Burn cycle, 2nd workout. I increased my band to the 30lbs for todays workout. CLX kicked my tail today!

I must not be using the right bands. If I may ask what pounds, band wise are you using? I am using 15lb bands for the light weights and 25 lbs for my heavier weights.

I did the dvd today and saw what I thought was the dance move (which could be used on any song) but the song didn't really match your description and the only listing I saw for the song I was listening to said it was an African Carribean Rhythm. The name of the song wasn't listed. Sorry.
