  • Hey try the Adkins induction phase.... I did it and lost 18lbs in two weeks. I don't do low carb for the long term but whenever I hit a weightless plateau I do this phase and seem to get the scale moving down again.
  • Im a claims investigator that keeps me in the field. I always keep protein shake powder in my car w/ a shaker so all I have to do is buy cold water. I enjoy Muscle Milk Lite- Milk Choc. or Choc. Peanut butter (taste like reeses cups) Also single serve bags of almonds are a good protein source.
