You are doing great!!!! definite difference!!

Hi. I also work out early morning before work - usually getting up between 4 - 4:15 a.m. and jogging for about an hour. I also have a hard time eating before I go. Not sure if it's just a mental thing - worrying about needing a bathroom when there are none on my route - lol - or if I really "can't". When I get done, I'll…

I was a 44DDD; I'm now a 36G after losing 45 lbs; can hardly wait til I reach my goal of 118 in another 43 lbs. Husband thinks I'll be a 32K - LOL! My previous size forever was 38DD - even when I was weighing 127.

You definitely look great!

When I was in 9th grade, I broke my right ankle roller skating backwards outside in tennis shoe skates (I was in an indoor skate club and practicing outside). The person reading the initial xray goofed so my parents weren't officially told it was broken for five days. They said I could have it rebroken or just let it heel…

Hi! I just started running and became addicted very fast! Yesterday for the first time I ran 5.15 miles after last week getting up to 4 miles. I bought a pair of running shoes because they were cheap (store return, last pair) and it has changed my life in the past three weeks! I'm doing mini-goals - right now I can do 3…

Hi . I'm 45, 5'1 1/2" and I think I must be the only one who has always "rounded down" - lol - I always say I'm 5'1"! I started at 206 in October after being as low as 127 in 2007 & 2008, gradually gaining as I went through a lot of stress with my husband, my life, quit smoking, diagnosed with fibromyalgia, arthritis in my…

I'd say something is definitely up with the HRM - make sure it's flat and laying correctly on your chest. I know mine will sometimes get moved by my bra and I'll see my heart rate go down - as soon as I make sure it's back in place, it's all good. 85 is way too low for walking that long unless you're moving at a snails…

I have egg whites 6 of 7 days a week - and could eat them even more than that! Sometimes I'll have them on a sandwich thin (100 cal) or a hungry girl flatbread or with a morningstar farms piece of sausage. Another thing I love is the Trader Joe's multi-grain blueberry pancakes. They are excellent and I save cals by using…

I do this pretty much every day, passing the yolk back and forth between the cracked shells. I don't like egg yolk - it has nothing to do with the nutrional value for me. I eat 4-5 egg whites pretty much every morning. Non-stick skillets to NOT leg egg whites unless you cook them at a low temperature for about 12 minutes…

Dang, certainly not the ideal vacation but glad you are ok. Take care and welcome back! P.S. Yeah for Toby Keith!

I have a Polar FT4 and am in love with it! Got it for $62 at bodytronics.com; other places its around $90. Haven't had any problems in the six months I've owned it and I use it at least once a day.

Definitely try making foods ahead of time - it's what keeps me in line, too. My day is usually Sunday - I'll plan for spouse's meals and mine. I usually have to do two different things because he wants jalapeno's & a pound of mozzarella cheese on everything - lol. I also buy frozen asparagus and frozen broccoli so I can…

You look great - congrats!!!

WOW - Your hard work is definitely paying off! I share your excitement for trying on those smaller jeans & having them fit! Be very proud of yourself and keep up the great work! Thanks for sharing your pics!

Hi.. I'm not sure what you're asking, but hopefully someone else does :)

Congrats on your success! You look great!!!

Im 45, 5' 1.5" and at 163 right now. I use the bmr/tdee calculator and my calories are set at 1646. I manually enter my desired calories in my goals because MFP is not accurate for me, either. Doing this has been working well for me. The link is http://calorieline.com/tools/tdeee

Don't get discouraged although I know that's easier said than done! I have my calories set to 1590, but I do tend to go over that a day or two a week. I lost pretty quickly at first, but this past month I had only lost 1 lb up until two days ago when it suddenly dropped two pounds again. For me, it's a matter of adjusting…

I love to support local farmers so I'm willing to pay more at a farmers market. Unfortunately, they're usually held during the afternoons when so many of us are at work so that leaves me first heading to Aldi's where you cannot beat the prices, especially if you go the day they get their stock. You do really have to watch…

I'm 5'1" (and 1/4" that the doctor says to take credit for - lol) with a long-term goal of 46 more to lose. Add me if you like :)

You look amazing - your before pics are actually very good as well; after pictures are incredible! Congratulations and what a great story!
