I use Jog Tracker and I love it! It gives pretty close calorie burn info to my HRM, usually within 30-40 calories. It will map where you go, the mileage, time, pick if you're walking or jogging, and it has a GPS showing where you've walked/jogged. It's free, too.

I always have Morningstar Farms Spicy Black bean burgers or original grillers in the freezer and 99.9% of the time I have some kind of 100 calorie sandwich thins on hand. Add a little ketchup and lettuce and there's one of my favorite "meals"!

I often wonder WHY there are so many entries for the same thing and I think it's because the search feature in MFP really needs updated like a "normal" search engine. If you make one mistake when typing, it won't find your entry - it should be smart enough to recognize similar words. It's like MFP is using search engines…

I actually do get fast food on occasion, I just don't get yummy quarter pounders with cheese anymore - or any fast food burger for that matter. I have the polar ft4 hrm and love it - I've been using it for four months. My next purchase (after the family vacation in June) will be a Fitbit or I think there is also a Bodybug that is similar for tracking "regular" calories.

I just made myself a pizza on a new grill pan I bought for cooking outside on the grill. I used the Flatout light original flatbread, sliced tomato thin to cover it, then topped with 1.5 ounces of freshly shredded low fat mozzarella along with some fresh onion and sprinkled with oregano. Miller lite is 96 cals a can... I definitely will have a few beers once or twice a month. I just am very careful with what I eat those days. I'm so jealous - I miss my camp with all the beers around the campfire!

I use jog fitness - it's pretty cool, easy to use, and it matches pretty close to my HRM on calorie burn. I don't use their app to login, I just added my own item under cardiovascular and adjust my minutes to most closely match my calorie burn,.

LOL... I love to be sore, too! Unfortunately, I was lucky enough (NOT!!!!) to get bursitis in my right hip about three weeks ago so I haven't been able to do any of my JM DVDs nor can I jog. It's killing me not being able to work out at 110%! I'm still doing zumba, but not as intense. Some moves still cause piercing pain…

I just told my husband over the weekend how I can finally start to tell I even have a collar bone again if I have my hands on my hips. I was soooo excited - he was amused & said he never even paid attention to a collar bone on people! For me, it will be a huge accomplishment - I can't wait to have my jewelry lay nicely…
