I don't have any mesurments but sw 215 gw 190 I am active everyday with my 4 year old daughter, and I have an ellipitical that I use almost everynight, Im also starting my last co-op and will be even more active as Im working at a before and after school program.:happy:

I will be 31 in June and Im 5.6 my curent wieght is 215, and my goal weight is 150, life has been very stressful and now that I have gotten rid of a lot of the stress and the bagage that went with it Im feeling better and hoping to lose most of the weight in the next year to a year and a half

when Im close to mine I crave chocolate like a crazy person, and the water not only flushes everything out it also helps make you feel full, I never weight that week in the month it only makes you feel worse its part of life and it does get better :wink:

even though you are expecting you can still workout and lose weight, I did with my little girl and I felt better for it, you have to be carefull but you can still do it, and the more fit you are the easier it will be to have the new bundle of joy. Stay positive and everything will workout.:happy:

have you worked out before??? it could be that you are gaining muscles from what ypur doing and then you would be losing fat but gaining muscle and that weighs more then fat:happy:

you could make a stirfry out of it, fry the stake pieces and add a little bit of spices and add your veggies and then surver over noodles or rice
