toss the crappy food in trash and get it out of the house....I am the same way, if I bake it ...in the mouth it goes...its hard but at least you asked for help!

I no longer put my fitness information into MFP for the same reasons posted here. I have a fitbit and it says that I burn about 1/3 less calories then MFP.

One thing that I do when I am frustrated is take my measurements.It helps to see that I am losing inches. I am trying to rely less on what the scale says while understanding that weight loss is important also. Wishing you the best in your weight loss.

I'm in but don't think I could start off doing 10000 but would like to shoot for 7500 every day. I currently average around 5000.
