Everyone is exactly right. Eat 6 small meals every 3 hours or so. And when you feel hungry between, drink a huge glass of water!

Michelle, thank you so much for doing this!!! I really appreciate it... My goals: I have to make smalls goals for every few weeks and go from there. My goal is to lose 5 pounds my March 24. By June 14, I want to have lost 15 pounds..
