It's sprouted bread so it's more easily digested. It did take me some getting used to, but I love it now.

Avocado, sprout, cucumber sandwich with a touch of mayo and cheese. Oh and sardines.

About 60-100 per week in winter and 20-30 in the summer, but we farm and get most of our veggies and meats from our own property. Cuts back on expenses immensely.

I have 4 kids and they have to eat what I cook within reason. Sometimes I make a pretty spicy dish like Thai curry that's just too hot for them so I'll be sure to include rice and some meat on a stick or something fun. But in general they have to eat what I cook or not eat. If they don't eat the meal, we cover their plate…
