Log a pizza like what ya had.... Hunts pizza thin or thick crust how big sm med or large...cheese and toppings. Sometimes I have to break down my food if I can find it. Take a light walk or do a little house cleaning (dont do to much so it don't make u hungry just enough to busy your mind). Also make sure to drink your 8 glasses of water daily or close to it. And b sure to get enough fiber. Set your mind to it and go for it!!!

Yes you can! I enjoy doing kickbox by myself! (It's off of YouTube )then u don't have ant excuse either y your not exercising. It is good if you can exercise with someone but if not its still good!( I'm very thankful for the weight loss and motivation)
