awesome. I switched to a vegetarian diet 2 months ago. It is great and actually now I am mostly vegan. If you haven't checked out the China study, do it. Also, the Engine 2 diet has some awesome recipes. So does Whole food mommies.

Stevia is awesome and natural. Tru lemon and crystal light have the packets for bottled water with stevia now. Try that.

Yeah! I'll try that tomorrow. Another great way to eat it is to put 1/4 cup of cottage cheese in 1/2 cup oatmeal and add a few pecans and some sweetener. It makes the oatmeal very creamy.

I like to make oatmeal (1/3 cup dry cooked with water), 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese and a few pecans or raisins ( just a tablespoon or so) Very filling, but low in calories.
