Hey I'm 5'1" too....according to everything I've looked up, our ideal weight is anywhere between 105 and 130 depending on build and muscle composition...I'm currently somewhere between 120 and 125, and hoping to get down to 110 since I have a rather small frame. Good luck and power to short peopleeee

I usually can only get to 20g or so of fiber, though apparently 30-50g a day is optimal for weight loss (or even just healthy maintenance of your body)...in terms of protein, I land at around 70-80g a day but how much you need is really dependent on your lean body mass, weight, etc

Generally I think the 50-100g range is good for weight loss without taking away those unrefined carbs that can be really helpful, especially with as much as you exercise

That's so great!! I think using this site will help you, I know I'm a total food addict and having to actually record what I'm eating (and therefore be accountable) aaalways helps a lot with controlling random binge eating. Congrats and I'm always here if you need any support! -Allison
