I agree completely and 10lbs in just 5 weeks is great! Reward yourself! Just keep track as much as possible, record it later and you may surprise yourself. If you do go over, just work it off or try a lil harder the next few days. I have faith in you! Have faith in yourself!

Rest your lower body ( by that I don't mean sit on the couch) do very low impact like maybe a slow walk and lots of stretching and water. Well princess, part of it is genetic but if you want them to be long and lean, you need to stretch a lot. Its funny cuz I have always had muscular calves and actually love them. I'd have to say the same. If I'm dancing around and buzzing all over the house I definatly count it. I don't count dishes or light touch ups. I think the same for cooking. I make a lot of homemade dinners and baking which usually takes time and a lot of work so I count it but not the quick and easy nights.

There's no wrong time! Like the guy before said anytime really. I usually have one before bed cuz I didn't get enough calories that day.
