While I dislike the man, he is a well-known (outside of celebrity) surgeon and has been a professor of surgery at places like Columbia University. As much as the stuff he says is crap and seemingly discredits him, he is, in fact, a doctor. And allegedly a good one.

I can't tell you my measurements because I have no idea what they are, but three years ago I wore a size 16. Now I wear a 00-0. Miracles can happen, hahaha. Also, I'm 5'3''

Also, to the person who said 'Elliot Smith'-- you know your sad music

Hahaha, yes. But yeah, "In My Life" by the Beatles.

I met a guy, we "hooked up" (so to speak, long story), then we kept hanging out. I married him two years later.

My FL is a bunch of random-*kitten*, cool people. They are supportive and keep me sane...seriously

You would get along so well with my friends, haha. You look great!

Yeah, I'm up about 4 pounds from the weekend. Probably sodium and water retention from hormonal stuff. Drink lots of water!

I'm not sure I understand the Kate Upton craze (this is coming from a woman who, you know, appreciates women). As far as Kim Kardashian goes, there's obviously a difference between being fat and being "soft," which she is. There's nothing wrong with her body so long as she's being healthy and taking care of herself.

A lot of people I know say they've lost more fat from interval running versus consistent-speed running. HIIT is typically clouted as a highly effective calorie burner-- you also don't have to do it for as long, usually 20 or so minutes at a time. I've just started doing it, and it takes a lot more out of me than just…

It's mostly genetics and age. I lost the bulk of my weight at age 23, so most of my skin sprung back pretty well (I lost 85 pounds total). I still deal with loose skin on my stomach, upper arms, and inner legs, though. I probably always will, though weight training helps. No one can convince me that any amount of cream or…

I'm waiting for my favorite "cleaning-IS-NOT-EXERCISE" person to weigh in. Hahaha. You know who you are.

Chia seeds are a good source of Omega 3's that can be utilized as an alternative to fish Omega 3's. They're kind of expensive, but they are worth it. Especially if you're vegan/vegetarian. I add them to chili, oatmeal, etc. They can be used as an egg substitute or thickener. Google them!

The calories don't change even though the volume did, so it shouldn't matter. Chia seeds are magical. Use your gel as an egg substitute now! Haha

I eat frozen fruit. Mostly berries. I don't drink milk, but have you tried, like, chocolate milk or something? Good source of protein, plus you're getting that chocolate fix. Also, dark chocolate chips. Just make sure someone hides the whole bag so you don't eat them in a sitting! Haha

Whatever works for you. I lost 60 pounds in five months using just the recumbent bike (because it's all my body would allow me to do). Now I'm obviously more mobile and can do other things, but don't let someone tell you that one thing in particular will 'do the job'...it's about commitment and going balls to the wall, so…

It's a whole lot of Vergil's Latin stretching from one breast to the other. I got it after I lost around 70 or so pounds.

I just love the OP's use of caps. That's really all I have to contribute. And that all people can be ****ty people.

My mother was stalked by a Census Bureau worker last year who kept calling her and showing up at my parents' house. He went so far as to find lines to call from so she would pick up, not knowing it was him. She absolutely reported him to the field office, and after I urged her incessantly, she filed a restraining order.…

This is one of the best NSV's ever. Thank you for sharing, and I truly admire you

Yeah, you can be a low weight and still have fat. I am a perfect example of this. It's about body composition. As to the "toning up with 30DS" thing, people probably "tone up" from it because they're losing some fat. It's doubtful that you'll gain a tremendous amount of muscle unless you're using heavy weights. Her DVD's…

@reddevil You have such a youthful glow! And to the person who is about to get deleted... you just continue to outdo yourself

Any psychiatrist/therapist worth their salt is going to suggest things like exercise, meditation, etc. They're also going to be able to recognize that if you have anxiety/panic attacks severe enough, being on medication is probably your most viable option, in tandem with those other stress-reducing activities. I exercise,…

Nevermind, someone did post it. Good.

I'm not going to go through all of the comments, and someone may have pointed this out, but in the original picture the "normal" picture is labeled "fit," and there are a few other types. Including anorexic. Charming.

Not sure how this works, but the picture of your sleeve is pretty amazing
