I love randomly finding my way back to MFP. You guys are great.

My advice: start slowly. I haven't run for years, and when I picked it back up a few weeks ago, I went from nothing to 6-8 miles. Within four running sessions or so, my knee was completely strained, and I couldn't walk for days. Just remember to build up to it. Also: pavement sucks. Find a softer place, like packed dirt.

I'm not really much for blondes. I'd reconsider if you colored your hair. I'm vain, OKAY

You look incredible! Makes me really excited to start CrossFit tomorrow.
-
Haha, tell that to some hardcore CrossFitters

I'm the exact opposite. I look in the mirror and think, "Holy crap, where did I go?" and then I see photos and realize that I don't actually look the way I see in the mirror. That may be a bigger problem, I suppose.

Wouldn't that be nice...

Wow, you look amazing. Great work!

I'm 5'1'', but I'd say I'm still a little people. Especially after venturing into a 4 foot snow bank yesterday.

You look ah-mazing. Totally inspiring.

I'm sure someone mentioned it, but the feeling of coldness is often connected to not getting enough calories and/or proper nutrients. That being said, my heat/cold tolerance in general is always out of whack, too. But I'm not sure if that's because I'm thin. I've been every size from 00 to 16, so who the hell knows at this…

Hahaha...I wish that were actually my job.

Someone with delightful...assets. Too far? Meh.

I love to eat, but I generally have no appetite, so I have a hard time doing it. I force myself anyway, though I eat in pretty small portions. Does that mean I should seek professional help, too?

Someone told me literally today that I look like Megan Fox. I replied that I probably look like Megan Fox after she's gained about 25 pounds and been on a no sleep bender for two months.

I really have nothing constructive to add other than that I've gained about 13 pounds since mid-September, and I feel your pain.

Normal eating for me is eating enough to fuel my day and my activities. Lately I've been eating (and drinking) way, way, WAY over my activity level. Hence the reason I've gained about 10 pounds in a month. I'm usually higher protein, lower carb. Sometimes I just eat whatever the hell I want. I'm not sure I have any real…

Hahaha, I love this.

Bro. But a sweet, young looking one. Haha.

Stress. That's my problem. I need to get some stress out of my life, and then my cortisol will start regulating, and then my body will realize that it needs to stop sucking so much right now despite my best efforts.

I'm 25...and I'll definitely be more active on here within the next, I don't know, twelve hours.

I'm about 5'2'', and I'm around 104 pounds (I know that sounds really, really thin, but I'm really not--and yes, I do have muscle). I lost most of my weight along the way through TONS of cardio and a moderate amount of scatterbrained lifting. Now that I'm thinner, I concentrate more on resistance exercises (plus I'm an…

A farm. I'm not being sarcastic, either... go to a farmer's market or something. Much better selection. My local grocery gets them from a local farm, and they're great.
