Squash, tomato, cucumber, peppers, cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, um... I pretty much love all veggies, but those are my favorites. *edit And bean sprouts. Flippin love those in stirfry

I second this. If I go over my sodium, I bloat. If I skip water, I bloat. Both? Yeah, it makes a difference. I try to get my 64oz or more. Try drinking a bit in between bites. It helps me get full faster, and keeps me from over eating (sometimes-lol) I don't know if it helps me lose weight, but I feel better drinking water.

They are both gluten and wheat free. My friend is gluten intolerant, and she uses the corn pastas and rice pastas, also tons of rice, and she uses all kinds of beans, veggies, and meats!

Chicken in a biscuit crackers. My husband keeps buying them and I can't stay away! I log it, but I wish I could "just say no"

I push my 3 year old in the stroller while I walk/jog, pull him behind my bicycle in his trailer, he sits on my feet for sit ups, and on my back for push ups (I cant do a real one yet, but he thinks it's funny anyways). I wasn't attracted to me anymore, and that affected my marriage. I have noticed a HUGE improvement for us since I started improving me!

2 lbs per week, with the exception of one week, where I lost nothing (darn Easter dinner leftovers!)

You need to eat dinner. If you wait too long in between meals, you might be more inclined to overeat at your next meal. You can always do some cardio to get some extra calories (but that's coming from someone who usually eats back exercise calories)

I found vanilla cream sticks swirled with orange, cherry or raspberry. 14 cal 0 sugar 0fat. Sweetened with splenda (I'm not asking for a splenda lecture) I'm telling you, it is so tasty! Light and active is the brand name-I found them at Aldis

I love sweet tea! Ah, I might make a sugar overage allowance so I can have one. I am going to sleep now too... Hopefully someone else comments on this thread while we are sleeping........

I'm a 5'2" girl and that is all I eat (if I work out, I eat those calories back). If you want to stick to it though, adding some fruits (banana is about 100 cal) or nuts and healthy fats to food you already eat can help you to make sure you are reaching that goal.
