How often are you nursing? I know, when I had my son, I lost half of my extra pregnancy lbs while nursing, but after he stopped nursing as much, I started gaining some of it back (not that I was dieting or exercising) I am also 5'2" and I have gone from 166 lb 135 eating 1200 plus most of exercise calories (I don't if I'm…

We actually bought a hula hoop, and I cannot do it at all! I try and try again, but it is so frustrating. I haven't seen any pogo sticks in a long time either! Maybe some jump rope though!

I walk a lot! I usually walk to our town square and look in all the shop windows!

Hmmm.. I used to have roller blades. I wonder if I donated them? I'll have to look around and see if I can find them. I live in central MO... There are not many hills and definitely not mountains.. But a hike through the woods could be fun. We like to see all the wildlife. I'm not sure there is any ice skating rinks close…

Definitely

I eat them some weeks, and some weeks I don't. I usually lose either way. If you aren't hungry, I don't think you should eat them back. Do eat your minimum though. Hopefully that helps :)

Mom liked to take naps when we were kids. One day she woke up to me, my two brothers, and my sister all throwing popcorn and shooting our slushies with our straws at the ceiling fan. I think she just turned around and went back to bed for a while.

I am baking four cakes today for birthdays and graduations. I used to always eat the scrap. [Sigh]
-
That is seriously impressive!
-
Me too. Always reads the same as the gym scale, friend scale, and dr scales. If you use it on carpet, make sure you use the extension cups or it will not read correctly.

Well burst into tears, normally! Or run for the bathroom! Ugh. Just thinking about public speaking makes my stomach do flips!
Split the entree. You save money and calories
I splint entrees with myself. I divide my meal in two portions and take one of them home for the next day's lunch!

Exactly. If they offer free extras (bread, chips, etc) try to avoid it, or get a plate and only have one portion. Otherwise, what they said. Except for Mexican food. I save up calories or work out for enchiladas verdes.

I love food. If it tastes good, I can eat a ton! Luckily, I am finding I can eat more food for the calories if it is healthier and it can still taste great!
-
That is a great way to look at things!

I'm going to try to start weight training! Starting meow.

I have Mirena, and I swore it was the devil! I kept gaining weight, lost my sex drive, and was really emotional. I still have it, but since I have started ACTUALLY trying to lose weight (I was half-@$$ing it before), I have had no problems losing weight, I am MUCH less emotional, and... Yeah. Things have gotten better. I…

I had no IDEA! You just made my day!

Eat more! Eat back your exercise calories! Just don't eat all junk! Stay within your macros

Incredible job! You you fantastic!

I started my journey Jan 12 and the first twenty lbs, I didn't work out much. I just ate what I could to stay inside all of my daily goals. For the most part. I found that some days, you're just going to be over on some things in order to MEET your MINIMUM. I started jogging/walking at the 20lb mark, and the lbs are still…

I know when I was bigger and my thinner friends would talk about working out, it would just make me feel worse about myself for not working out! I talk about it all the time now and get similar comments/offers of breadsticks. Ignore them.

Oh I have one of those balls! I'll give this a try! Thanks!
-
I wish! That would be historical though. Maybe try it for laughs one day! *edit- my autocorrect change hysterical to historical. Lol
-
^^lifting it is^^ And a trip to the book store!
-
Yes, what I meant by "tone" was "get rid of the pudge" I have heard a lot of ladies saying that lifting has helped them achieve a flat stomach, I just dont know what specific exercises to be doing. Our weight bench has a barbell and the [leg curl? Bar?] like I said, I have no idea where to start with that!

I lost count- at least 8. I'll have to find my school record. Between divorced parents and my Air Force dad, I went to a lot of schools
