It took me 3 months exactly to lose the first 30 lbs. Its taken me exactly 1 year to lose these last 30 lbs. The next 10 im guessing will be another year

Well this thread makes me feel better. I wouldnt say i went over THAT much. Just a few days maybe over 1000 cals. But scale is up 6 lbs. I know most of it is water weight though so im not TOO worried but i'm ready to just refocus & get back at it after New Years celebrations.

When i started this journey i was wearing XXL and size 22 jeans that were kinda tight. I had a bunch of jeans in size 18 that i really wanted to fit in again. Today I can wear a size 6 and most of my shirts are smalls, some mediums :) It feels awesome to be able to shop in any store for your size and an added benefit is…

Yes, your waist line is more defined.

That would drive me nuts! My family is the opposite. They WANT me to eat junk and try to shove it down my throat. "One day isn't going to hurt you." "Live a little, have another piece." "Life is too short." "You don't need to lose anymore, eat this." I swear my mom tries to fatten me up!

I gave up meat a year ago and don't miss it at all, i feel great. But vegan? No i dont think i could give up cheese.

To finally get to goal after 2 years, which is about 10 more lbs. To tone up a bit. To comfortably wear a bikini on vacation in April.

I'm so happy that I can inspire people! That makes this post all worth it :) :) Yep two kids pretty close together. Got pregnant with #2 when #1 was 7 months. We will be starting to try for our final child starting in April. Curious to see if pregnancy will be different at a "normal" weight.

I'm 5'5 but close enough. I weigh 149 lbs. It still hangs a little bit but not much. I noticed it start going down around the 160 mark. Slowly but surely.

Eat a lighter breakfast and lunch and work out before dinner.

I ignore it. I don't know that i'd call it sexist? And I dont walk anywhere by myself at night no matter how good i think the neighborhood is.

Thank you SO SO much everyone!! Curly... Understatement of the world! He is TROUBLE. Gives me a run for my money for sure ;) We are planning in trying for one more baby starting in a few months & I always say that "I'm afraid to have another Owen!"

To the person who asked, my kids don't remember me any other way than I am now but it's funny when they see old pictures of me. They look a little confused. My daughter says that that was when I was old, now I'm young. My son says that's when I had a baby in my belly ;)

You guys are AWESOME!! I seriously am getting chills from your comments. Thank you!

I got pregnant at 265 lbs. The day I delivered her I was 266 lbs. So i gained 1 pound. I didnt count calories and i wasnt trying to lose weight. What i did was change my entire eating habits. I had a little person inside of me and i didnt want her to eat junk, i wanted to eat healthy for her. I cut out all soda and only…

My 4 yr old gets pb&j sandwich everyday. Once in a great while she will take a cheese sandwich. And then usually gold fish & grapes. Sometimes an apple, graham crackers, applesauce or homemade oatmeal raisin "cookies". Usually a pb&j, gold fish & grapes though. I feel like she will be 30 yrs old still only eating peanut…

Beaches... Most of it was just from lowering my body fat by losing the weight. I do lift my son and do reps with him but maybe only 20 a day. I know that sounds funny but I totally use him as a weight lol.
-
Thank you! That means a lot :) You got this sister, you can do it!!

I'm a bit off from what you're asking for but thought i'd share. I'm 5'5 and 149 lbs. I wear a size 6-8 jeans and a small or medium top depending on the shirt itself but usually smalls.

Okay, now that i was able to get on a computer instead of my phone, here are my arms before and after. I also was worried that they'd never get smaller.

BUMP. Will add later!

Ive bought clothes too small if i found them on major clearance becasue i knew they would eventually fit. And they did :drinker:

I log whenever i've lost 1-2 lbs. I dont log when the scale goes up because i dont go over maintenance cals so i know it is not a "real" gain. Just sodium.
