I do this also but I add some Jay Robb Whey Protein powder(I like the vanilla) to it for the fill sensation to last longer and when I'm feeling like it needs a little something I add about 1/2 tsp of PB2 to it. Make sure to mix well so it incorporates and doesn't clump up.

Sad but true statements. I am wanting to loose 100+ and have tried to make that loud print tent look fashionable and only feel like nothing. I feel like I am on the right track now and have been avidly working at this for 3 weeks and feeling better inside even if its not showing yet on the outside.

You can also verify the calorie info (plus more) on www.nutritionfacts.com which is what I have started using. Rarely do I have exactly something listed to eat other then fruit or nuts. Good luck! :happy:

A friend told me about grabbing your favorite yogurt in the individual size and pop them in the freezer and when you get that sweet craving grab one of those. It takes a while to eat due to they are frozen solid and by the time you get through half of it your craving is generally taken care of. Hope this helps!
