I take one and hang on to it till I get home and give it to my very picky eater daughter and if she only eats a bit that is fine because she needs it more then I do. Plus I am the greatest mom for bringing home some yummies for her! :smooched:

My running go-to person told me that Galloway has some youtube pointers that you can take a look at also. My friend mentioned to me possibly taking smaller more controlled strides so as to not make your muscles wear out faster. Dunno, will look Galloway up since he is also the guy that the Disney marathon people recommend…

Sounds like my daughter. She is in the 10% range and is the youngest of her class. She is also one of the tallest out of her class. Her dr told me not to worry about it because on the average kids her age should gain 4-6lbs per year and my daughter gained 4lbs from her last yearly check up. She is also a VERY picky eater…

I go and see my chiropractor as soon as possible when I get them. Usually means I am out of alignment. I sit in a dark room and drink as much water as possible and I also just found the Special K cracker chips that are a lot healthier then regular chips and not as greasy.
