  • Yes!! Keep going o Turbokick! When I first started I could not keep up. But I loved the music and moves so I kept going. Now, I pick my spot out in front of the class and can keep up with everything...but it took a while. But it burns major calories!! And it's fun!
  • If you want to add weights, try out some weighted gloves. You can order them on Amazon or find them in most sporting good stores.
