Homemade bacon and pineapple pizza. I use the whole wheat rounds, toast them and add sauce, 4 strips precooked bacon and 1/4 cup cheese. 315 calories for both rounds! It is great since I hadn't had pizza in two months.

Measure and weigh everything. My favorite line "What you do today is for your tomorrow" Never get discouraged by the scales. Your tomorrow will one day come if you stick to your plan.

Wash them and wrap in foil and put in the oven. The ones left just put in a bowl or freezer bag and stick them in the freezer. Makes a great and quick side to any meal or sandwich. I sprinkle mine with cinnamon sugar.

I have hurt my knee and not able to exercise but I have lost 20 pounds since September 10.
