I'm liking it. I only had a 3 and 5 lb weight so I bought 12, 15 and 20's on the way. I have slowed down in the weight loss dept but I can see a difference with inches. Next week I start the lean phase. Is hybrid an actual workout tape or just workouts you put together yourself of Chalean tapes?

I have both. The fitbit is more useful for walking or climbing stairs exercise wise. It doesn't calculate well if you're on an elliptical machine. I usually have the fitbit on for my steps and sleep and HRM for everything else.

I hear ya...I definitely feel better just getting 15 pounds off. My knee is achy due to too much cardio rather than the arthritis which makes me happy. I purchased Jillian Michaels kettleball set. I've only used it once, it takes some practice to get the moves down correctly and like the previous poster stated you must have good posture and technique in order to avoid injury
