Okay I'm game. But how do I join the group? I'm new at all this messaging stuff.

I took up knitting to keep my hands busy. It didn't help. Basically it sucks big time. But after 2 years and better healthier gums it's worth it. It was either smoking or keeping my teeth. I chose my teeth. And I'm working on the food thing.
