Thanks all for your replies! You have been extremely helpful. I think I'll watch my carbs and add variety to my workouts, especially cardio, and probably do more core work. I don't eat refined carbs or sugar, but I eat around 100 grams of carbs a day, maybe if I take a couple of "low carb days" a week I'll see some…
