I do. But I find that every time I stop logging in food I gain weight back. Unfortunately, it's something I need to do to keep me on track. Small price to pay for good health, I guess.

I feel the same way. Started doing this last Thursday and have lost 4 lbs already. The barcode scanner is really cool, you're right. What's even better is that I have my brother hooked into my account as a "friend" so that he can keep tabs. Good motivator.
