I'm on Day 2 of Level 1 and I'm so sore! Anyhow, wanted to see how you log in your exercises on MFP? I wish there was just one entry for "Level 1 Jillian Michaels"...it's hard to regulate and I'm not sure of the calories I'm burning. Suggestions?

I find that I will have a few drinks on the weekend. I like wine but if I'm drinking beer I stick to Mich Ultra (95 cal) or Bud Select (55 cal). I'm in this to lose weight of course, but I also want to enjoy life! Unless you have a drinking problem, I don't think an occasional drink here and there will hurt :drinker:

I'm with you all...5'2" and at the 1200 calorie intake. I do 40 minutes of cardio at least 3x a week, maybe 4x if time permits. I will do some weights but not much, just enough to try and keep toned. I'm finding at this rate of exercise and food intake, I lose 1 pound a week. :wink:

I'm 5ft 2in and my goal is 120. Just started losing with a start weight of 140, I'm at 136.4 (I count the ounces! lol) It depends on your build, I can see 110 if you have a very petit, small frame. 120 is a great goal for me.
