Skinny Cow products. Or frozen yogurt. I don't even like the taste of ice cream anymore, or the texture, and its much better for you AND you can have a lot more for the same or less amount of calories.

3 days is not enough time -- you were/are probably still sore while your body is adjusting. It should get easier as time goes on and, for the cardio portion, you will gain more endurance as time goes on as well. C25K taught me that! The sucky truth is you will be sore, you might hate doing it, but its only a small portion…

Bacon wrapped dates, oh yes. Or any other sweet/salty mix. Opposites attract. :D

Seconded.

Have you gone over what exercises would work best with your COPD with your doctor? That maybe a good starting point. My mom is an asthmatic (not the same I know) and found that taking an inhaler about 5-10 minutes before she started worked wonders. She is doing C25K with me and her breathing has really improved and now she…

To me, he's an entertainer which makes medical advise lose credibility in my eyes. He is a surgeon so clearly he has medical info and experience and he seems have tidbits of good info in there.

I also hate Diet Coke and think Coke Zero is much closer to the original Coke. :) Pepsi Max (the Pepsi equivalent of Coke Zero) is also much closer to Pepsi than Diet Pepsi.

Star Wars! <3

Because I'm one of those who is intimidated by the gym and starting exercise in general. I found C25K and it changed my life. :)

Do what makes you comfortable but having a piece of cake every once in a while is not going to ruin your progress.

I also like Chik-fil-a and they have good side choices besides fries.

Regular icecream -- I'd much rather have frozen yogurt.

Yes, in moderation and sparingly. However, the things I want to eat has changed drastically.

Thank you. :) Ideas for a book have matured over time and expanded over time. I'm a photographer and an avid reader as well as being obsessed with a lot of different types of music -- all of which has been inspirational for me. My main idea, the one I plan to run with, started only as a small idea and then blossomed into…

To not worry about my weight holding me back. To be in a healthy place when I'm ready to have kids with my husband. To travel with my husband -- I've been so fortune and have seen majority of the US and a lot of Europe whereas he's never left the country. I want to share that with him! To write a book.

I would like to submit The Oatmeal's spot on take on people at the gym (nsfw language) - http://theoatmeal.com/comics/gym

I've found that too - like guys are intimidated to approach a girl taller. So silly! If you confident, what does your height matter?

Married someone shorter than me. He's 5'7 and I'm 5'9.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I can see the appeal. I'm turned off by all the additives to meat and often how animal are raised/kept that eventually go to slaughter. We end up paying a lot more money for food that certified humane and additive free. If we had the space and means I think I would prefer to do it myself so that…

Normal in the beginning, but if you aren't having them for long periods of time (months and months) you should follow up with your GYN. I was told not having it for a prolonged amount of time can lead to (usually) benign cysts and can affect fertility.

Seattle, so I could wander Pike Place market. <3

I started off on the smaller end and mine only to appear have become better shaped and perkier. Hoping chest exercises will work for all you ladies!

Bump. :)

Jennifer Lawrence. :) She is not a stick and is athletic.

In my experience, if you are losing inches then the weight will eventually follow. Keep trucking!
-
You look great! Good job. :)

None. They are all very expensive and not good the longterm. Do you plan on being on the meal plan forever? If not, then unless you learn how to cook/eat right then you will gain the weight back when you stop eating the prepackaged meals you bought.
