I find if I don't like them whole, chopping them very fine and sticking them in a dish is a good way for me to get a variety of veggies. Also, I'm picky about texture and prefer my veggies raw or just barely cooked. Find some you like and eat those!

I've lost close to 60lbs eating whenever I want, even if its 30 mins before bed. Its about what you eat, how much, and not going over your calorie goals for the day. Your body still burns calories while you sleep to keep your body going...it doesn't just shut down. Eat away!

I think its good in the sense that no one should be judged or bullied based on their appearance. Bad that those who need to lose the weight for health reasons may not see the need to. Low weight doesn't always equal healthy either.... As for more accommodations being made for overweight people...its a double edged sword.…

Wash mine once a week and use it everyday. My thought is -- I only use it getting out of the shower and I'm clean then. Plus, its not like I leave it in a pile to get gross...I hang it up to dry.

All the time! I do in pretty much any check out line -- discreetly (I hope) eyeball what they are buying. I don't judge though, I'm just a curious and nosy person. :)

We always have chicken breasts, salad ingredients, veggies, fruit, and some kind of healthy cracker (Special K, etc). My fallback in grilled chicken breast salad or grilled chicken and some steamed veggies/a potato.
