My favourite snack at the moment which I have for breakfast too is ryvita crispbread with almond butter and chopped banana on top. Omg it's heaven!!

I thought I was being accurate but I am starting to wonder now. I have started weighing stuff, even my grapes this morning! I think I maybe rely on entries in the database where I could use the scanner more or packet whatever. I do log everything, even the less nutritious stuff ie chocolate

Hi thanks for the replies, that's just the thing I am eating at a deficit. That's why I thought I should look a bit closer into what I'm eating. Seriously cutting down coffee will be hard, particularly on anyone who lives with or near me !! I've opened my diary so I'm hoping someone might spot a red flag or something

I like a grab and go breakfast like a muffin or breakfast biscuits, sometimes I have fruit but it doesn't fill me up for long I love porridge or sultana bran with chopped banana if I have a later breakfast

Yeah but it's soo restrictive plus anytime I try eliminating anything I don't notice any difference!

My belly, I hate it. I mean I'm fat all over but my belly is the worst, typical Apple shape. Plus my face, I miss my cheekbones and my little pointy chin, hidden under flab bleurgh!!

Can I ask, are ahem things moving? Sometimes constipation can be a real factor and I kid you not, a good bowel movement can lose you 2lb or drop a dress size

Hi I have long term illnesses which mean I can't really do exercise. I have found that I can do some gentle stretching, small amount of swimming and some slow walking Its about finding something you can do without causing any harm, my gp was lovely and sat down with me and talked through with me

Personally I don't find it helpful to weigh myself more than once a week and I like to measure myself as fat can convert to muscle so even though the scales may not have changed, my body may be slimmer and healthier as the muscle replaces the fat

I would advise you to search and read Dan's in place of a road map plan. The revised one explains things really well, and the links are cool to work out your body fat percentage and bmr etc Its helped me get my head round what goals to set myself anyway x

I signed up and this site set me up for a 1200 Cal plan, but having read up a bit and also thought about how I feel on that amount, I have changed to 1500. Yeah its great..... it tastes disgusting, you get headaches and stomach cramps, feel dizzy and faint then to top it off the bit of weight you lose goes straight back on again when you finish Don't even waste your time, its dangerous as you are deliberately putting yourself into ketosis.... oh and you get bad breath too…

Do you think you maybe just feel more comfortable with bigger women as they are closer to yourself or are you genuinely more attracted to them? I guess we all like different things for ourselves, I mean I like muscly men but I wouldn't want to be a muscly woman if that makes any sense?!

Omg you look incredible, you are the one that has made me stop and think how much I need and want to do this. Iv had a really crap day today and eaten junk but tomorrow I'm back in the game.
