I also have intense sugar cravings in the evening (what's up with that!?) and sometimes around lunch time. It is very difficult for me to stop these cravings but I am getting better slowly.

I sent you a message. I'm also just starting out and have a two-year-old and a busy household. I work full-time and commute, but I'm commited to this. I go to the gym with my boyfriend after our son goes to bed (SIL stays with him) and I'm finding I have more energy and I'm generally happier.
