I've lost alot of my boob wt. My family (actually my sister) says I don't have any anymore! But I guess losing them is the price I have to pay for losing the wt.

eat more protein and more healthy fats. spread it out every 4 hours or so during your waking hours. you won't be hungry!

it's the protein. Try drinking Smooth Move Tea a couple of times a week in the evenings before bed. It works gently over night. also be sure you are drinking the right amount water during the day!

So one of my doctors tells me that the diet I am on is like that one. It's JJ Virgin Diet. Look her up and see what she has to say. I pretty much stick to fresh fruit, vegies and lean cuts of meat! It's kind of boring, but it's working!!!

I agree with your first responder. 1. accept what you get (don't be discouraged) 2. I don't think you are getting enough calories. I work in a hospital and I agree with Bondbom. It's imparative for a Dr. to admit when he or the facility he/she works in is not equipped to handle the situation at hand. He made the right call policy or not.

I personally dont believe that medication makes you gain weight. I believe it increases your appetite, so you eat more and you make you gain weight. well DUH! Most of that stuff you could wrap up into the following seven: SOY CORN Gluten Sugars/Articial sweeteners (except Stevia) Eggs Dairy Peanuts. Get rid of all of that and you will lose weight.......
