I love runners high :D I get mine right around 5k, and then I lose track of everything and just run.

Love/hate relationship with deadlifts. I can do 105lbs, (I weigh 135), and my legs KILL for the next few days - which seriously puts a damper on my running schedule. But yet, I do them once a week!:heart:

Totally normal, since I started running, I eat twice the calories, and my waste is twice the size.... :blushing: Sorry. Couldn't help myself.

Okay, so calories left is a good thing right? And I want my net calories to stay under my goal calories?

Maybe you'll feel better about your weight if you start measuring instead of weighing. :) Measure your arms, thighs and stomach. Muscle will always weigh more than fat - which is why the BMI is not always such a great tool. Good luck!
