Thanks Coor! Congrats Carson, that's AWESOME. And... a 1.9 mile fast jog today. Wasn't supposed to run today, seeing as the area is blocked off while they search for a murderer, no joke! But I figured around my nicely active neighborhood would be okay.

My GPS went nutzo 5 minutes into my run, said I had run like 3 miles in 1 min averages... So I'm sure I ran more, but figured I'd estimate low. I use RunKeeper, anyone recommend a better app? I HATE waiting around for 15 minutes for runkeeper to find GPS. UGGGH

How long have you been running? I've actually gained weight in the 4 months I've been running, but lost inches... and I eat 2000-2500 calories a day. :) I've slimmed down a lot but I weigh more. I don't mind.:glasses:
