Better late than never, I'm in from tomorrow, starting at level 50

Week 2 Day 1 complete - 11 in final set (on toes)
Really really struggled to get the final set amount today. I didn't have issues in week 1 but I will do my best and If that happens the rest of the week then I will repeat week 2 before starting week 30 -
Really really struggled to get the final set amount today.

I squeezed out 20 and really surprised my self!! Level 30
-
I am tempted, but 100 sounds so many (for a woman) or am I being sexist!?
Okay, so I feel a little weird responding to this since I'm a dude, but here goes.
Consider removing "for a woman" from your vocabulary.
Pound for pound, men and women have the same muscle strength despite the genetic tendency for women to have less mass.0 -
Week 4 Day 2 (column 2) - 20,25,20,20,300
-
Week 2 day 1 - 14,14,10,10,220
-
Week 2, Day 2. 53 diamonds0
-
Week 1 Day 3, 150
-
I won't be completing todays as I have injured my shoulder. I'll make up for it on Friday though!
Keep up the good work all!0 -
Week2 Day2 - able to do the required 13 on the final set - 0n knees - the added 'or longer' after the required rest time really helped0
-
Week 2, Day 2 10,12,9,9,16
5 min break before last set because someone at door - helped!0 -
Week 4 Day 3 (col 2) - 23/28/23/23/35 - 2 minutes between each set except last one I got distracted and took 10 minutes before the 5th set.
While I still have my exhaustion test this weekend, looking at the numbers and where I am now, next week I will probably do Week 4 again but this time in Column 3. Sets of 25 I was doing before this but not at such quick intervals / rest periods (usually I would break up a work-out so the sets were spaced a bit apart.) so I figure I'd better do this right rather than rush to week 5.0 -
Week 2 - Day 2 complete - 14 in last set (on toes). The extra 30 seconds between sets do help as I found it much less of a struggle than week 2 - Day 1. Even managed an extra 1 at the end of the required 13 so I'm a happy girlie today0
-
Week2, Day2 14,16,12,12,30max0
-
Initial test = 28 max. Puts me into level 4, starting program at week 3.
Week 3 Day 1 - 14/18/14/14/22
Week 3 Day 2 - 20/25/15/15/32
Week 3 Day 3 - 22/30/20/20/37
Really pleased with first week.
Just completed my second week - that was tough, need my two day rest this weekend!
Week 4 Day 1 - 21/25/21/21/37
Week 4 Day 2 - 25/29/25/25/40
Week 4 Day 3 - 29/33/29/29/40
Couldn't exceed the "at least 40" on the last set :grumble:0 -
Tempting. I can't even do one real one. This may be a longer then 6 week challenge for me.
Edited: okay, signed up...0 -
Week2 Day3 last set required 15 - did 14 on knees0
-
Week 2 Day 3 - 12,13,10,10,15
struggling tonight0 -
Week 4 end - exhaustion test - 46 - on to week 5!0
-
Well done everyone.
I'm behind because of my shoulder, but good news is it feels better today so think I'll be able to get mine in tonight or tomorrow. Think I hurt it climbing on Sunday rather than from the push-up challenge, probably shouldn't have done the challenge on Monday though!
Will make up for lost time though and get back on track for the 100 in 6 weeks!0 -
Hmm Just did my exhaustion test: 16. That's at the bottom of column 1. On the first exhaustion test I did 10 pushups so was near the top of the second column. I'm happy with the increase from 10 to 16, but I'm thinking of repeating week 2 rather than go on to week 3. I could do column 3 on week 2. Any thoughts?0
