Cool, thanks martinh78 - did my initial test and this should be a good incentive to take it to the next level - I don't see where you actually enter the pushups though - I signed up... is there is specific link to do or do I have to get the phone app just to do that?0

Thanks for the tip martinh78 - I had to click on Add Workout or Add Exhaustion test...
Interesting that exhaustion test really made me sore in a way that a "normal" set never did before.
Exhaustion test Jan 17: 41 pushups, but I think there were 30-35 that were good form.
I did 41, 25, 15, 25 (with a several minutes in between)

I also notice that my pushups have my legs a little bit further apart than the guy in picture (his feet are almost touching).
I will give Week 4 a whirl come next week.0 -

Did week 1, day 2 yesterday 10-12-8-8-0. I could not do the last set as my elbow was hurting (an old injury). Also I had just done a 5k run so I was a bit tired.
Did week 3 day 1 sit ups today 21-27-21-21-50. Exhaustion test yesterday of 100.
Also ate a double choc chip muffin and some chocolates and red wine. So things are pretty even!!0 -
I want to try. I am late, but in.0
