    Well I'm back today so will be logging mine later.

    Probably going to start week 2 again as I only did day 1 of that. Darn, still might make the 100 in 6 weeks though...maybe!

    Well unfortunately I'm out for a while :(

    I have a stress fracture of my femur and it's hurting more than it was three weeks ago. Just tried push ups and it makes it worse. I thought it was a muscle injury but now it's looking like a stress fracture. Probably shouldn't have been trying to run through it! I have had a weeks rest last week and it's as bad/worse than before.

    Sorry guys. Keep up the good work though! I'll run another one as soon as it's healed!

    I didn't get yesterday's pushups in, ended up shoveling snow last night. I'll get them done tonight :)

    I had a pain whilst running. Ignored it for two weeks (ran on snow or grass) and it's finally just had enough I think. It's not the worst pain I've had, but enough to make me stop and think now.

    It's never going to heal if I keep stressing it so just need to rest/avoid impact. Gutted to be honest as my running was coming on really well.

    Hi guys! Just to let you know I will be back but I'm having to take a break from the challenge at the moment. I unfortunately had an accident whilst sparring with a black belt last week and took a side kick to the ribs. I thought I had just badly bruised them an struggled on through the last week still going to training etc. But my other half made me go to A&E yesterday where I had an xray and it turns out I have fractures to my lower right ribs :/ Doh! Lol so I need to rest up a bit and then will be back raring to go! X

  • Good to see the plan is working, there are some good improvement here.

    Think I'll be back at week one when I start again, might give it a go next week.
