I was thinking that also. For that much money...I would do about everything that I could do make sure that I was the winner. I'm hoping it was that and that the contestants end at a healthy weight, even if that means gaining some pounds.

I see others my same size and think they look pretty good and when I look at myself I don't see the same thing. I do have more weight to lose, but self perception is definitely hard to accurately analyze.

I learned something new about languages too. I boot isn't a hard plaster, but it is similar. A boot is structured and then has Velcro to tighten around hour foot and up your calf and then a little air pump to tighten it all up. At least you can take it off to drive and shower if you need too.

I'm having to wear a boot due to plantar faciitis. I had been fighting this since October and this is the next step to try to get it feeling better.
